A 40-year veteran of the advertising business, Joe is Ad5’s go-to art director for everything from print ads and collateral to websites, digital banners and social media. Joe often pitches in as illustrator on Ad5 animation projects. His background includes heavy experience in healthcare, utilities, financial services, higher education and destination marketing.

Kevin is a proven leader in the corporate, governmental, and non-profit worlds with a 30+ year track record of success. He leads our business consulting efforts and drives strategic planning.
Prior to Princeton Partners, he was Vice President of Marketing at Church & Dwight, working on iconic American brands such as ARM & HAMMERTM and OxiClean and leading a $1 Billion+ division. He also worked at Proctor & Gamble, with assignments in the U.S. and Belgium, including the global launch of Swiffer. He was recognized by Advertising Age as one of the Top 100 Marketers of the Year for his leadership of the Swiffer launch.
Kevin is a partner at Sourland Mountain Spirits, New Jersey’s first farm-based craft distillery since Prohibition and has served on the Township Committee in Hopewell Valley NJ since 2015. Kevin was elected as Mayor from 2016-2019.

Lauren Mozingo brings over 25 years of expertise in strategic planning, brand development, media strategy, event promotion, project management, and business-to-business marketing. She has led projects in banking, healthcare, tourism, and education sectors. As an operations manager, Lauren successfully managed team assignments and project execution for a $7 million agency.
With a background in fine arts and a minor in business, Lauren was drawn to advertising by her passion for solving client problems and championing creative ideas within her team. She has worked with notable clients such as Trustmark Bank, Bank OZK, Humana, Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, Sage Health, Museum of Mississippi History, Mississippi Civil Rights Museum, Mississippi Arts & Entertainment Experience (The MAX), and Amtrak.
Lauren also served as the board chair of Goodwill Industries of Mississippi. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, boating, reading, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. One of her favorite family memories is hiking in Montana or exploring the cities where her children live. Above all, she values spending time with her family.

Stacye’s wide range of skills and experiences give new meaning to the phrase, “hybrid position.” Although her primary role is in creative and brand strategy, Stacye also serves as producer, brand manager and project manager. A believer in the philosophy that sound strategies must be developed before creative ideas can flow, Stacye coordinates and monitors of all points of communication within a campaign to make sure the brand message is consistent and on strategy.

His independent writing has been performed throughout the East Coast and across the Atlantic.

One of the most familiar names in Mississippi advertising, Jeff Russell is a marketing strategist and team leader with more than 40 years of experience in healthcare, banking, electric utilities, higher education, and tourism. He served as president of the South’s oldest ad agency for ten years, leading the firm’s business development efforts.
As the head of an agency healthcare division, Jeff has provided senior counsel to more than100 healthcare clients, including Humana, Baptist Health, and Sage Health. Jeff has also guided banking clients like Trustmark, PlainsCapital Bank, Veritex Community Bank and Hancock Whitney in branding, customer acquisition, and M&A communications.
Jeff was the communications strategist behind Mississippi’s recruitment marketing campaign that attracted Nissan’s $1.5 billion assembly plant to Canton. He led the $5 million campaign that drew numerous suppliers and created thousands of jobs in Central Mississippi.
When he’s not working, Jeff serves as Deacon Chairman at Pinehaven Presbyterian Church. He enjoys painting, playing saxophone, and spending time every available moment with his new grandson.

Tom Sullivan is an accomplished business leader and brand marketing professional who brings together business, government, and non-profit experience to accelerate growth and advance positive change. Since 1981, he has led brand transformations and go-to-market initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies, financial institutions, hospitals, government entities, non-profits and start-ups. He worked with Former First Lady Michelle Obama’s Partnership for a Healthier America and companies like J&J, Microsoft and PNC Bank on programs serving vulnerable populations. He has also worked with six governors, from both sides of the aisle, to advance human health, food security, and economic development.
As CEO of Princeton Partners since 2001, Tom has led multi-disciplinary teams that accelerate the growth of banks, hospitals, universities, and human services organizations. He has also led the agency in supporting growth initiatives for many non-profits including Special Olympics New Jersey, The Boys & Girls Club, Homefront, The Mercer Alliance to End Homelessness, and the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen. A man of many talents, Drew McKercher heads up Ad5’s in-house video services. Drew’s roles include director, videographer, animator, motion graphics artist, editor, audio engineer, still photographer and music composer. He’s even been known to contribute his significant talents to web design, art direction and digital production. Before joining Ad5, Drew was the owner of Morningbell Records & Studios.

Google-certified in all aspects of digital marketing, Kayla is an integral part of the Ad5 digital team. She is responsible for implementing and monitoring campaign strategies across all digital channels. Kayla also contributes to the improvement of digital marketing strategy through weekly and monthly analytics reporting. Prior to joining Ad5, Kayla was the marketing coordinator at The Toro Company, where she helped their brand Radius HDD to increase brand awareness and recognition while driving traffic with the goal of acquiring new customers through SEM, SMM and content marketing.

Lori Neuhardt is an Emmy, Edward R. Murrow, Webby and Cathay Dupont award-winning designer, illustrator, animator, video editor, strategist, storyteller, UI/UX and marketing, art and creative director with over 30 years of industry experience. Lori has worked as an art, design and creative director for NBCUniversal, Disney, Post-Newsweek, and Viacom, and as the director of digital for the Rockefeller Foundation. Lori designs for both traditional and digital media across all platforms and screens.

An award-winning writer and creative director, Tal oversees all agency creative operations and serves as lead writer on most agency accounts. His approach combines creativity with strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset. He is best known as lead writer for Louisville Slugger, one of America’s most iconic brands. Tal’s work has earned hundreds of awards in local, regional and national ADDY competitions. Prior to Ad5, he operated his own creative services firm.

C.J. is a highly experienced web director with a career spanning over 18 years in web development and digital marketing. He specializes in WordPress development while maintaining a versatile background across a wide range of technologies and digital platforms. C.J. oversees all aspects of web development, hosting, and maintenance for client websites, as well as supporting online brand strategies, ecommerce solutions, and social media initiatives.

For 25 years, Philip Shirley served as chairman, CEO and president of the South’s oldest ad agency. He has led strategic planning, marketing, and reputation management assignments for such national brands as State Farm, Louisville Slugger, BP America, Chevron, Trustmark Corporation, Russell Athletic, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, PGA National Resort, and Olin Chemical.
Philip was on the board of Marketing and Advertising Global Network of more than 40 leading ad agencies for several years and served as president of the Americas division. He was inducted into the Southern Public Relations Hall of Fame and received the Silver Medal from the American Advertising Federation. A speaker at marketing conferences across the United States and internationally, Philip has spoken on business ethics, strategic planning, and various marketing topics. He has taught communications at three universities.
Philip has written or co-authored five published books of fiction and history. When not writing or helping clients with marketing issues, he is a certified tree farmer overseeing a 147-acre Stewardship Forest.
