A website overhaul success story

Situation: Thurgood Marshall College Fund is America’s largest organization that exclusively represents the Black college community. The organization is robust, and so was their website. However, their site left much to be desired in terms of user experience and visual design. Basically, they wanted a complete website overhaul.

Action: Our team collaborated with TMCF to gain a better understanding of who comes to the site and what they’re looking for. We implemented new navigation based on UX best practices for faster, easier navigation while giving the site a fresh new look that appeals to their multiple target audiences. We also incorporated protocols allowing for tiered levels of permission, giving TMCF more control over website and their brand.

Result: The overhauled site not only has a cleaner, more dynamic look, it also provides a much better user experience. TMCF’s internal marketing team can quickly and easily make updates and content changes, allowing for improved site maintenance.
